How big is your stomach?

Speaking of food, there are two countries will come to your mind: French and Chinese. Since, I do not know French culture; we have to stick with Chinese Food. Ah, Chinese food, when was the last you try some? Let me guess... last week. Come on, you don't have to lie.

Chinese food is definitely good for everyone because it has a very balance diet. Majority of Chinese food will always include vegetable, and furthermore, it always serve in small dishes.

Many experts believe that the reason why Asian people can stay slim because of small meals they have each time. Unlike the West, which obesity occurs more often because of all the full meal people eat at a time.

One of the down side of Chinese food is it contains too much MSG (or salt), sugar, spice, and everything nice. Because of these extra ingredients, the food has a higher change of causing numerous types of cancer.

Wells, there you go, you can pick either to be fat or die early. Nonetheless, when traveling to China, food is the big part of culture that you cannot miss. (Something for you to die for.)

When eating food in China, I want mention one side note. People in northern China tend to serve with noodle than rice. Vice versa, southern people favor rice rather than noodle. The reason is being that the north grows wheat and the south grows rice. So if you want noodle in the southern restaurant, you probably need to ask for it.
